Career Start: Transitioned from a receptionist job at an environmental engineering company, to pursue an education & passion for physical health & wellness. Had experienced some personal challenges with the stationary elements in an office working environment.
Massage Therapy: Ten years of experience prior to osteopathy, developing unique skills in fascial stretching, muscle activation, and active release techniques.
Osteopathy: Embarked on osteopathic training to deepen understanding and refine therapeutic techniques, particularly enjoying the educational aspect and hands-on experience.
